What To Do For Discomfort In The Throat?

hi i just feel something in my throat like i swallowed a peice of gum and it got stuck and when i eat or drink something it comes up when feeling weird an a little nomness in my left hand but when i take pepsid or vomit it releaves me what can i do and to verify is that indigestion and it dosent burn

reflux of gastric acid can also cause a sore throat. avoid inducing vomitting. have small bland meals. Do not have large quantities of water during meals. Avoid lying down immediately after meals. Sleep with the head en of the bed slightly raised so there is no reflux.
