What To Do For Bad Taste And Odor In Mouth With Breath Smelling Like Poop Smell?

I have a bad taste an odor in my mouth an my breath smells like a poop smell sometimes.. Don't know any other way to say it.. Don't know why!!! I doo have problems with going to the bathroom..#2.. An have to take innamas bout 3 times a week to relieve myself..Can't go normal..For about 25 years now.. Would that have anything to do with it?? WORRIED!!! Thankyou

Stomach problems and constipation are the cause of many problems. You should have more of laxative food or isabgol with warm milk in night. You should increase roughage in your diet.

Best diet for you to add is papaya, oranges, cucumber, etcetera. Avoid having bananas, maida like items.

For bad taste and smell from mouth called halitosis, you get good cleaning done by dentist, brush twice daily, use good mouthwash 3 to 4 times in a day.

Brush twice daily and use chlorhexidine mouthwash twice daily and visit dentist for scaling. Take nutritious and healthy diet. Don't eat much spicy food.
