What To Do For Arthritis With Severe Upper Back Pain?

I was kicked in the upper back years ago. I have had continual pain since. It has gotten so bad recently I have difficulty standing upright. It feels like someone has a hot knife in my back and they are twisting.it. I have had a regular x ray of it and all it shows is some minor arthritis. I'm to the point where I cannot handle it anymore. How do I get my doctor to investigate this further. Doctors don't seem to be helpful at all when I mention upper back. Please help me.

Hi,

I have read your query.

You should do back strengthening exercise as uploaded on you tube. Avoid lifting heavy weight, pushing and pulling heavy things.

Try to sit straight on chair, do not bend your body while sitting or reading book.

Apply hot packs over painful area for 30 mins in morning and evening.

You can take aceclofenac+thiocolchicoside combination by discussing it with your doctor.

I hope you have get your answer.

Thanks.
