Acne, as you must be aware is a pretty common condition affecting majority of teenagers. It is caused chiefly due to hormonal influence and clogging of pores and followed by infection and inflammation. This combination of benzoyl peroxide and adapalene is one of the recent advances in the treatment of acne and has wonderful results if used in a right way. Your local doctor will know about these drugs. Apart from home-based treatment, enquire about procedures like chemical peeling and laser and light therapy. These procedures work way lot better in reducing your acne burden as well as take care of associated complications like pigmentation and scarring. Use good quality face wash and a moisturizer on regular basis. Avoid junk food as far as possible and include plenty of fresh fruits and vegetables in your diet.
