Irregular menses and pimples are inter related as there is a hormonal change which takes place in the body, the same hormones being responsible for the acne .

The Pap smear was advised to see any changes in the cells of the cervix , to rule out the causes , this is a routine test done for all women

Since the results are an infection , you need not worry about cancer , more so, the pimples and cancer are not inter related .

Good luck
