My father is 69.,5.8 feet tall, his weight will be around 67. He is a renal failure patient and has been advised to take espogen injection twice in a week. And this he has been taking for the past 2 years. Though reactions were there initially, it could be controlled by centrizine 10 mg. But fot the past ywo months centrizine is not showing amy affect and he is having reaction s all over his body including head. Please advise how this can be tackled.

HELLO,DO CONFIRM WHETHER THE ALLEGY IS TRULY DUE TO ESPOGEN . PLZ CONSULT YOUR PHYSICIAN FOR A REPEAT BLOOD PANEL TO SEE THE HB RISE POST ESPOGEN, ASSESS HIM FOR HIGHER DOSE OR ADD ANOTHER ANTI HISTAMINE EG LORATIDINE. FOR ACUTE REACTIONS IV STEROIDS WOULD BE REQUIRED, PLZ DISCUSS THESE ISSUES WITH UR PHYSICIAN AND ARRANGE FOR ALTERNATIVES, THANX
