What The Precautions To Be Taken For Getting Pregnant?
Hi doctor,I am planning to conceive for pregnancy. I had sex with my husband on 17th day of my 32 day cycle. How much chances are there for pregnancy. When should I take home pregnancy test to be precautious with my life style. Also what exercises should I do nowadays while trying for it.

I understand your concerns.If your cycles are regular of 32 days,most probably you have ovulated on 17th or 18th day of your cycle.So,there are good chances of you becoming pregnant as you had sex in these days only.
So,be happy and no need to get depressed if you fail to conceive this time.You can wait for two more cycles.
I would advice you to take the home pregnancy test once you miss your next periods.Once your pregnancy is confirmed,you be cautious about your activities.Avoid long journeys and be relaxed.
