What Symptoms Can Be Considered For Down's Syndrome?

My son is 2. He has many signs and symptoms of having downs syndrome. He has the eyes, had tracheomalasia, short neck, narrow palate, severe speech delay, short stature, low muscle tone and what we believe is a hernia on his tummy from the top of his rib cage to his belly button. could this be downs?
