What Suggests A Good Chance For Ovulation Through Follicular Study?

hi doctor today is my 17th day follicular Study.My right ovary measures 11*9.4 mm & Left ovary follicle measures 12*9 mm Endometrium thickening is 7.6 mm & my POD is clear.my period cycle vary from 30 days when i will do ovulation..is there is any chance of ovulation in this cycle please help me...

Well the largest follicles in both the ovaries are still small to ovulate . they must be around size of 18-20mm size when a HCG trigger can be given for initiating ovulation. you may undergo 2 more follicular study sessions on alternate days or on day 21 to check the size before your gynae can decide for a trigger. with these reports you have to wait still.regards.
