does losartan potassium come in dose 100 mg w/o -and another number? For instance, Medicare has it listed as Losartan Potassium/Hydrochlorothiazide TAB 100-25 or as Losartan Potassium/Hydrochlorothiazide TAB 100-12.5 but none without the dash after 100

Hi & Welcome.
Losartan is an Angiotensin-II receptor antagonist used to treat patients with high BP (hypertension), to protect the kidney in hypertensive type 2 diabetic patients and to treat heart failure. When use ALONE it is available in doses of 25 mg, 50 mg and 100 mg.
Whereas the COMBINATION of Losartan & Hydrochlorothiazide (diuretic or 'water pill') is used for treating high BP not controlled with Losartan alone.
This combination is also available as Losartan 50 mg/Hydrochlorothiazide 12.5 mg or Losartan 100 mg/ Hydrochlorothiazide 12.5 mg or Losartan 100 mg/ Hydrochlorothiazide 25 mg tablets.
