hello,I am Shravya. I have mild gastritis problem.I have not been traeted for it nor have taken any medication till now. I am suffering with this problem since 4 months.What can I do to get rid of gastritis and what diet should I follow?What are the steps to be taken to get rid of gastritis?

I have reviewed your query and here is my advice.

The underlying cause of gastritis need to be ruled out, till then you can try Tab Omeprazole. If there is proven infection then antibiotic can be tried, but let me tell you that it may not be the gastritis (you have not mentioned the symptoms). Let the doctor decide. Its differential diagnosis is great matter of concern. Gastritis is the inflammatory condition of inner gastric region and the reason of inflammation needs to be known. On what symptoms you took it as gastritis is not being described here.
