What Should We Do As My Son Is Having Fever?

my son age 6 yrs 8 months weight 23.5 kg suffering with fever from morning after doctor consultation we used calpol 250 mg - 7 ml every 6 hrs but fever did not control after 2 times used calpol and we used meftal p 150 mg 7 ml for 102 fever now again temp raised 104 please advise what should we do now

Fever is bodys response to fight infection
It might last 3 to 5 days
But if the fever is very high , you need to consult your docor again
He might need blood tests and/or antibiotics
