Hi, I have gone through your question and understand your concerns. Follicle size of 18-20 mm is ideal for rupture and possibility of conception. However, a 14 mm follicle is not very small and there is a possibility of conception of it has ruptured, indicating that the ovulation has occurred.
I would suggest you to continue the follicular monitoring till day 18-20 to assess the follicular rupture.
Hope you found the answer helpful.
Wishing you good health.
