The symptoms suggest that something causing stress. Talk to someone , like a counselor. For sleep you can try bach flower remedies , safely , for sometimes till you cope with your stress. See a homoeopath/ bach flower therapist. For the blood pressure, take more fluids, timely meals, lemonade with some salt helps.

Hi Randolf,
Welcome to HealthcareMagic Forum. You sound like you are stressed. I hope there is nothing bothering you causing this sleep problem. Try exercising daily for a minimum of 30 minutes 5 days a week. Eat a well balanced meal and never skip breakfast. You bp can be low if you are not eating well. Have plenty of fruits, vegetables and drink lots of water. Follow a regular sleep time. DO not watch tv, drink coffee or have carbonated drinks before bedtime.Wish you good health.
