What Should I Do To Rid Of Creatinin Level?

i have creatinin level 2.0 mg/dL. this is the first time i have measure this creatinin level. what should I do? this is danger for my health problem.
for two months i already take diet to decrease my bodyweight. with a small food intake and take a herbal edicine from black tea.

HELLO THANX FOR USING HCM,
Sir, creatinine levels goes up in impaired kidney functioning. It will be better you consult a nephrologist and evaluate yourself by doing all kidney functioning test.
Try to cut down on protein sources in your diet ,this include all kinds of meat including chicken, fish, lamb , beef and egg , nuts, beans .
Cut down on milk and dairy products.
It will get reduced with effective diet control.
