What should i do to lower my vldl and triglyceride level ?

hi, my vldl is 36 mg/dl and my triglyceride is 181 mg/dl. but other fats like total cholesterol, hdl, ldl are with in normal limits. I hv encountered with massive ant wall MI 6 months back. Please suggest.. what should i do to lower my vldl and triglyceride level. Thanks .

well try to control your diet dont take cholestrol,dont have spicy food
n look at close monitering of blood pressure n go for morning walk
diet is very important to lower your vldl and triglyceride..dont worry u will be fine
dont take junk food
