What Should I Do If The Heart Beat Of My Fetus Is Not Normal ?

Hello dr m 24 years old; n m six month pregnant , but my doctor suggest me that the heart beats of ur baby is not working properly.As i did 2deco and the reports shown that the third heart beat of child is missing so plz help me .
