What Should I Do For My Double Vision Problem?

I have double vision, if I cover one eye, I can see with the other. If I cover the other eye, I can see with that eye also. With both eyes open I have the double vision. I am male, 67 years old and in good health. Can you give me any idea of what is going on. This has only been going on for about a week.

You are having uni ocular diplopia. It con firms muscle paralysis in effected eye. By cover test muscle mov ment test paralised muscle can be known. Refraction is tobe done and refractive error of effected eye can be found out. Now treatment can be orthoptic refrative error corection. last resort is surgical correction in stages.
