Hello and thank you for asking HCM.

I have read the report of your urine test and i can say as follows:

According to your test you have an UTI (assuming that there is no contamination of your urine)

Your urine is sterile, which means there are no bacteria normally, but in your case you have occasionally,so yes you have UTI. Also the transparency that is sl.turbid, blood +1,epithelial cells.

You need to check up with your physician to take a prescription for antibiotics, and depending from your symptoms, some pain reliever like ibuprofen.

Also, here are some advice to help your urinary tract heal itself:
-have plenty of liquids
-fresh fruit juice, orange juice,or cranberry juice
-urinate always after having sex
-don't hold your urine for long

If you have any other question, feel free to ask me.
