What Should Be Done For Flatulence Along With Abdominal Bloating And Palpitations?
I have high flatulence especially after meals. Have been suffering from this for a few years. The bloating makes me feel really uncomfortable. I often suffer from fast and hard/ loud heartbeats. My doctors would always recommend a course of pantocid 40. What should I do?

The chronic flatulence with abdomen pain and bloating can be evaluated with series of evaluation as ultrasound, upper GI endoscopy with or without CT scan of abdomen and pelvis as per the need.
Palpitation sounds to be secondary from the anxiety if the cardiac causes are ruled out.
