What Should Be The Proper Diet In Pregnancy?

Hi, My wife is 27 yrs and 8weeks pregnant.Her USG report is ok but blood hemoglobin is 8.99 gm/dl. So what should she eat now? Any medicine or diet? pls suggest.

welcome to healthcaremagic forum
she has anemia so it has to be corrected by iron suppliments ,follic acid and diet(amaranthus(red),beetroot,black grapes,liver etc).now adays there are iv iron preparations if there is oral iron intolerance during the first 3 months.so consult a gyne as soon as possible

Hi,Shakib,
your wife is having Anaemia, mostly iron deficiency anaemia,
She requires regular treatment for about three months,this is very important for her and baby.
She should start Iron tablet,Folic acid tablet and multivitamin supplements.
You consult your gynaec and have prescription of these.
