Urologist 's  Response
Hi,

Yes, there is a lot of pus cells in your semen thereby this points to an infection in the urine or in the prostate. I would suggest doing a urine culture and the prostatic massage culture or a semen fluid culture. This would determine what kind of bacteria and what antibiotics you need for your infection.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Manuel C See IV, Urologist
