What Should Be The Normal Sugar Levels In Blood?

my father is suffering from sugar since last 30 year AND KIDNEY PROBLEM FROM LAST 4 YEARS THIS CURRENT TEST REPORT

KINDLY SUGGEST WHAT TO DO

fasting sugar : 100

after meal : 400

blood urea : 124

creatinium :7.8

potasium: 5.4

chloride serum: 110

hypo thyride: 8.72

dear sir I can understand your concern
in my opinion there in increased post meal blood sugar and renal parameters are elevated(creatinin,urea)
in this kind of conditions I suggest my patients to use short acting insulin
short acting insulin like novo rapid will work only for 3 hrs and associated with very low hypoglycemia.
avoid salt and meat protein
the renal parameters are need to addressed in a emergency manner
I suggest you to meet your neurologist
