What Should Be The Normal Blood Sugar Value During Pregnancy?

I m pregnant I m 27 weeks .I did the test for sugar and shows up 164 after one hour e of drinking the water with the 50 gr sugar. I will be on diet but I wanna know is this bad? What is normal range? I ve never has problems with this before and none of my family as well.

thanks for the query. I understand your concern.
I glucose tollerance teat the blood sample after 1& half hour of glucose consumption. You have 160 mg blood sugar after 1 hour only.. itis not taken as relevent value.
the value after one &half hour indicates glucose clearance... which should be not more than 120 -140 even in pregnancy.
Apart from family history life style pattern also affects the blood sugar level.
you should try to adopt a healthy lifestyle with mutiple small servings in a day. (4-5) with 300 to 350 calories more than your normal diet/in case of obesity get advise of a dietitian . / 45minutes moderate exercise likke walking/8 hours sound sleep&positive mentality.
