Dear
Welcome to HCM
We understand your concerns

I went through your details. You are just 21. I do not know your current weight. Weight gain is not healthy affair, but if your present weight is below average, you may try to gain weight. Weight gain is a complex process and is determined by many factors including genetics and state of mind. Get yourself checked by a physician for any wasting or degenerative disease conditions, thyroid gland functioning etc. Then you should consult a dietitian for advise on diet plan according to your personality. Please be happy. Happiness also counts.

If you require more of my help in this aspect, please use this URL. http://goo.gl/aYW2pR. Make sure that you include every minute details possible.

Hope this answers your query. Available for further clarifications.
Good luck.
