What Should Be The Duration For Practicing Yoga And Diet Plan To Follow To Get A Lean Muscle And Increase Fitness Level ?
Hello, I m 16 years old, female, and I want to build some lean muscle mass and increase my fitness and health level. Would doing yoga 4-5 times a week with 1 hour practice each day be enough to stay healthy and fit? What type of food should I eat to boost muscle building? How often do I need to exercise and if yoga is not enough, what else can I do? I m practicing power yoga.
hi welcome to hcm.see first you have to take milk with banana or banana shake or mango shake which may help you in build your body.plus eat all vegetable and fruits.plus all nuts,figs,and dates.its good you doing 1hr yoga which may support you both on mental and physical ground.plus take homoeopathic alfa alfa tonic which support you.you have to exercise regularly with yoga on daily base.leave all stress.
