Hello;
welcome to HealthcareMagic
Daonil is glibenclamide and is a drug used by diabetic to control sugar.The dose is prescribed by a doctor after examination of a patient so you will have to consult a doctor.Please understand that Daonil is a very potent drugs ;has long blood life and can produce severe hypoglycemia so the dose has to be titrated according to the blood sugar.So please consult a doctor and start medicine as he advises.
