Hi,

Resodim 15 Tablet is used for the treatment of decreased sodium levels (hyponatremia). It contains 'Tolvaptan' as an active ingredient.

The usual initial adult dose for hyponatremia is 15 mg orally once a day. As a maintenance dose, it may be increased to 30 mg once a day, after at least 24 hours, as needed to achieve the desired level of serum sodium.

Maximum dose: 60 mg once a day. Duration of therapy: Maximum of 30 days. Kindly consult your doctor for follow-up as necessary.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Ashakiran S,
