General & Family Physician 's  Response
Hello,

The dose of Ondem drug will depend on the concentration of the bottle. Ideally for children 4 mg can be given in 2 divided doses, 12 hourly. If concentration of Ondem syrup is 2mg/5ml, then give 5 ml, 12 hourly.

Along with that you should also start ORS solutions (WHO approved) to prevent dehydration. The solution should be given through spoon or bottle if she can, as and when she asks for drinking.

Hope I have answered your query. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
Dr. Hiren Hirpara
