What Should Be The Diet For Rheumatoid Arthritis?

Hi, i am 26 years old, suffering from pain in left wrist - rheumatoid arthritis from last 7 years, i am taking hcqs, sazo,folitrax 25mg weekly and movon p(pain killer). my body is always tired these days,always feels feverish.i need to know what kind of diet should i take or food i have to avoid? Gym or exercise will help in reducing this disease?Dr. has advised me to take defcort but i am avoiding steroid.Kindly suggest

Hi,Thanks for your query. After going through your query I came to know that you are suffering from rheumatoid arthritis. You are not fully control of it by disease modifying agents so probably you need to increase doses of disease modifying agent. You need to take folic acid and vitamin B-complex with vitamin C. You can consult rheumatologist for it. You can discuss with your treating Doctor about it. I do hope that you have found something helpful.
