What should be my standard fitness status and how can i improve on that ?
hi i m 34 ur old , unmarried girl,height 5.3 , vital stats 32-30-35. my weight is 45 kg. What would be the ideal stats for me? my arms and legs are thin but body below the breast area till stomach seems to be fatty nowa days. what can be the reason behind the same? i m doing yoga to cure this surya namaskar etc , will this improve the same?
welcome to healthcare magic forum reason behind your problem is due to hormonal or heredity problem it is very common in female after 30 years regular exercise and diet control will do best yoga is also good i hope i answered your question
