What Should Be Done When There Is Pain Swallowing Saliva With Mild Pain In The Upper Abdomen Preceded By Sore Throat 3 Weeks Ago?

hi , i am having severe left sided throat pain and ear ache.I had sore throat 3 weeks ago and took tetracycline for 10 days. now its not sore throat but i am having severe pain, i cant swallow saliva. when i swallow my saliva i feel mild pain in upper abdomen.. please help me out.

hello. it is likely that the infection in your throat is still persisting and you may need to change your antibiotics. it is also likely you have developed some acidity due to tetracycline and may need drugs for that too. please meet your ENT doctor for further advice. thanks
