I had gone through the case and found that as you are breast feeding mother, so you need healthy and little bit extra food.
So follow my instruction definitely it will be effective for you.
Do exercise under some trainer who will teach you specific exercise.
Take Luke warm water with carom seed or azwain early morning, it helps to reduce weight also good for your baby.
Take Skimmed milk twice a daily.
Take vegetable and fruit whenever feel hunger but take sauteed and less spicy vegetable.
Do not take citrus fruits.
Avoid Rice ,Bread, Rusk, Biscuits and refined flour from diet.
Avoid Fermented food like Dhokla, Dosha , Idly etc at night.
Massage of whole body every week.
Follow it definitely your weight will reduce.
