I have been taking Glucosamine Chrondroitin for the first time. I have been taking one tablet at morning and another at night. The length of time taking it is about 3 -4 weeks.I began noticing some mild skin itching on my arms and assumed it was dry skin. but the last couple of days I ve noticed that the palms of my hands are very itchy. no rash, but maybe some pinkness. Could this be as allergy to this fish based med? I have never had an allergy related to eating fish.
Would there be any other cause of why the inside of my hands and bottoms of my feet have begun to get excessively dry and cracked. The winter weather has always made my skin drier but this is the worst - if I use vaseline it is a temporary fix but then it reverts back if I don t use it daily. Also, why does my sciatica come and go?
With every transition from summer to winter (and vice versa), the skin on my palms and fingertips develops air-filled blisters and peels off to the point where I essentially have a brand new layer of the entire palm-side surface of my hand twice a year. This has happened without fail for almost my entire life (I am 24). This condition is not triggered by some sort of contact irritant, nor is it triggered by any means outside of the change of seasons. It simply happens. Once the first blister appears, I have found no way of preventing its spread until the top layer of skin (0.1 - 0.25 mm tk, by my estimate) on my hand is gone. No amount of lotion has a noticible effect, and my hands feel as dry as ever within 10 min of application. Any answers are appreciated. Thank you very much for your time. Relative information- my hands consistently sweat

I have tried vinegar cortisone 10, calamine lotion, nothing is stopping this itch and red blotchiness. seems as if its being spread by my itching. should I go to the er or is there something I can do
