What Should Be Done For High Fever, Vomiting And Diarrhea In A Child?

my son is 6 years old with weight 16.4 kg. he is running with high fever 103.2.had vomiting and loose motions also. had given mental p, ondem ,zinc dry powder suspension and entrogermnia.... high fever still persisting..... anything else to be done.pls help.
