Well, If I were your treating Doctor for this case of incomplete or threatened abortion, as confirmed by USG, I would recommend you to take zitotec -like misoprostol tablets in your cervix rather than orally and under medical supervision to activate safe completion of removal of the dead products! You may need some more medicines in course of time and you have to know the cause of such spontaneous abortion; therefore must do a biopsy / chromosomal test of the fetus!
