Fasting and ppbs levels are very high. To lose weight initially, blood sugar levels sholud be under control. Go for moderate exercise like brisk walking for 45min. For breakfast take 2 idly with sambar or 2 dosa with sambhar, or broken wheat upma. For lunch have 1 cup of rice with more dal, green leafy vegetables, raw salad. Evening have 1cup of green tea and 2 ragi biscuits, for dinner have 2 pulka with mixed vegetable curry.
