That's a little fast. We'd expect 80bpm to be the upper limit of normal for a RESTING heart rate. Were you exercising or stressed?

hello sir,i am 60 yrs old and i am taking telma 40 and revelol xl 25...my pulse rate is usually b/w 45-55.recently i was down with fever and my pulse rate happens to be approx 40-45.is it serious?what should i do please suggest for my normal pulse rate also..
