What Should I Do To Treat My Painful Rectum After A Hard Stool?

Hi, I am a pain in my rectum, I went to the toilet two weeks ago and made a large poo, felt like I was passing a hammer. the next few days it was sore when I tried to poo and on three occassions near the end there has been fresh blood and blood on the toilet paper. I have been very regular. I was in India over the festive season and picked up a viral infection.

Proper anorectal examination is helpful for further diagnosis.
Blood in stool may be because of anal fissure problems.

Intestinal infection like ulcerative colitis or other infections may ruled out.
Diverticulitis may cause blood in stool.

Stool examination test is helpful for diagnose.
Consent a gastroenterologist for further diagnosis.
