Hi
Welcome to HealthcareMagic
Pregnancy is most common cause of missed periods in reproductive age group. If you have any doubt about it, confirm it by doing urine pregnancy test. Other causes which lead to delayed periods are hormonal disturbances like thyroid abnormalities and PCOS and sometimes stress. Consult a gynecologist for evaluation. He may order few blood tests to come to diagnosis. Treatment can be started once diagnosis is established. Take care.
