What should I do for discomfort due to continuous gas formation ?

hello doctor ...i m 20 years of age.5 6 60kg..i hav a problem of continuous gas formation in my stomach.i hv had to many doctors,dey suggested me some medicines also & some habits like preventing curd ,milk etc.but unfortunately no effect is seen. i hav had my stool test also & doc said that i hav worms in my stomach and suggested me pre-pro medicine for 1 month,but no improvement was seen.I also require a lot of pressure to excrete as well as to fart.plz help me!!!

have you any feeling of sour eructation along with fart.then you are suffering from gastric derrengementyou should take following homoeopathic medicine.

avoid oily and spicy item

1.avoid oily foods,aerated drinks,smoking,pan chewing,over eating,onions,peas,bean
2.investigate for: anemia, USG for gall bladder gasex 2 bd 1/2 hour after meals livomyn 1tds

hi,vinod thanks for query.Please take help from a gastroenterologist.You may need to go for endoscopy and ultrasound of abdomen to have proper clue about diagnosis.At times anxiety can play a very big role in all of this.Please look for this.Take treatment for worms and have more fiber rich diet,you can take fiber based laxative for routine use till your problem comes in control.Plan your diet, have frequent small meals and avoid fasting and eating to full stomach.
