Severe unilateral pain along with nausea not getting releived by medicines i would suggest you to get a NCCT head done to rule out any neurological problem. I need to know further history like onset, proggression, releiving factors, aggravating factors, past history, any comorbities etc to reach out a clinical diagnosis. Migraine could also be a posssibility. Pls visit a neurologist for proper management.
