What Relieves The Headache And Dizziness After A Fall?
Hi my boyfriend tonight was playing hockey midget a he got hit from behind and he went head first into boards after like 3 seconds he got up felt super dizzy and huge headache he is complaining of biggest headache ever even after couple weeks ago when he got hit in head again against boards and dizziness and headache n nauseous n he got sent home from school bc his pupils were diolated. And tonight he almost fell down stairs when he came home from h okey and has huge headache and dizziness and eyes keep watering and is forgetting wat he is doing please help he is 16.

It can be deep injury in his brain. You should take him to doctor at least. After investigating like CT head or can need to do MRI brain can suggest the treatment. For headache tab Paracetamol can be given after prescription if he is conscious and taking per oral.
