What questions should I ask my Neurologist regarding Retinal artery occlusions and Diabetes Type 2 ?

I am going to a follow up appointment with my neurologist . I have had two retinal artery occlusions, diabetes type 2 and PCOS. What questions would you recommend asking during our visit?

you can ask regarding the retinal artery occlusions about how to keep a check on that and how to prevent future episodes and also ask him to check for peripheral neuropathy since you are diabetic and retinal occlusions indicate chances of future strokes so you can ask regarding requirement of a CV Doppler or a Cerebral angiography.
