Hi,
Welcome to HCM.

STDs are more than 30 in number. There is no known vaccine for all, as these are caused by different organisms.
Abstinence from sex before marriage and self masturbation is the ideal way to be away from any sexually transmitted disease. If it is not possible, condoms offer a high degree of protection against STD/HIV. Correct usage of condom from the beginning to end is very important. Washing with soap and water immediately after coitus, urinating after the sexual act are useful to an extent. No drug is useful as precaution. Post exposure prophylaxis with ART immediately after coitus will be useful to abort HIV infection.
