What Precautions Should Be Taken To Avoid Sneezing?

I have allergies year round and asthma - both diagnosed at age 10. I am now 44. Usually I sneeze once or twice very loudly after I arrive at work, the building has over 1000 people in it, is dusty and obviously lots of smells. My boss has informed me the volume at which I sneeze is distracting to others and just a bad habit that I need to break ASAP. Is there a way to stop sneezing or break the habit? I don t want to lose my job, I have been there 10 years.

Hello,

You can try to hold a mask anti-pollution and anti-allergic, which can help avoid dust come to your nose and also not irritate your nose by itself. Another option, would be taking loratadine every day.

Take care. Hope I have answered your question. Let me know if I can assist you further.

Regards,
