Hello ma'am and welcome.

The cough or cold will not harm your baby, and I would only recommend informing your caring OBGYN to see if you need antibiotics. But for now make sure you get as much bed rest as possible and go about any home remedies that you know. The reason why I am not suggesting any medications is because it is not safe to take medications during pregnancy and I shall leave the decision for a prescription to your caring OBGYN who would know best about your history.

Hope this helps.

Best wishes.
