What Precautions Must Be Taken After An AVN Operation ?

hello, actually my boyfriend got his AVN operation(core decompression) done yesterday. he was in hell lot of pain. i just wanted to ask what precautions should he take now and will the results be positive. I am unable to attach his reports but it is written that their is mild flattering in left femural head also synovial diffusion is seen and right leg does not show any diffusion but it shows a focal area of abnormal intensity. these are the reports 1 month ago n the latest reports of MRI scan show a 20% increase than the previous ones.. help me the core decompression has been done yesterday.. help..

What exactly has increased by 20%?? And also what exact help do u need from us?
For the pain i am sure he is on analgesic prescribed by his orthopedician.
I am assuming that the necrosis has increased by 20% which is a bad thing and it might also explain the increase in pain.
I strongly suggest u take second opinion from another orthopedician for the same.
