For blood pressure during pregnancy your wife will need to take medicines to control her BP which the doctor will prescribe. Also she will require rest & healthy diet to maintain good general health.Precautions to be taken are she should not do heavy work;take healthy diet;take medicines prescribed by the doctor as advised ;and the most important thing is a proper and regular examination & follow up with the Gynaecologist.
