The cyst in ovary can be a simple cyst;haemorrhagic cyst so it is necessary to see the type of cyst.Secondly whether the cyst was an accidental discovery while doing an ultrasound or it was investigated because of abdominal pain is also a factor to be considered.Because few cyst come on just before menses and subside and resolve on their own after menses also. Please consult a Gynaecologist and discuss about it.If you are having constant pain due to the cyst then you may need to undergo surgery if the cyst is a haemorrhagic so then you can get it done by Laparoscopy so that it is minimal invasive and you will require less hospital stay.As for diabetes it will be controlled by the doctor with medicines.

I am 29 years old and I have had a laproscopy done to remove multiple fibroids and a distinct polyp in March 2013. The uterus was multi fibroid and 10 week size, anteverted – was the total size of the multiple fibroids 10 weeks pregnant size. The hysteroscopy revealed a uterine cavity with a ‘distinct polyp’ on the posterior wall which was removed. There was some distortion of the endometrial cavity secondry to fibroids. The uterus was then instrumented. A 4 port laproscopy revealed multi fibroid uterus..The 3 fibroids were removed seperatley. Both tubes were patent. The uterus now has a normal size and appearance. It has been 8 months since my laproscopy. We have been trying to conceive but with no luck. My periods range from 29 days to 33days. Is that considered irregular? The pain in my left side of the abdomen is back and have slight pressure in my vagina. I put my hand in there I can feel a lump in my vagina. I have not got a period yet this month. Its my 31st day. Do polyps and fibroids grow back quickly, is that why my period is irregular? I do not have any pregnancy symptoms other than a little fatigued. I am a little worried as my husband and I are going to try to continue conceiving in the coming weeks. Please advise.
Hi, I had a laproscopy 10 days back. They removed one chocolate cyst ( 2.4 cm) and they removed 20 endometrosis also they said. I asked the doctor shall i get pregnancy now?. She said tubes are clear. So we have to wait and see. My hubby sperm count is 70 Million and Active moliculous count is also 75. Today i read so many forums in the net and im scared. They are all saying removing chocolate cyst will effect pregnancy chances. Pls help me. I consulted 3 gynics and all are suggested for surgery. Please let me know what i have to do.
Hello, I am 40, male, non-smoker, 6ft tall and weighing 194lbs. I ve been losing weight for the past 5 months. In March I went to my cardiologist to have my heart checked. Since then I am on Lisinopril 20mg to control my bloodpressure. All the tests were fine. At the time of my doctors visit I was weighing 230lbs. So I dropped around 36 pounds in 5 months. Is that normal? Also, it doesn t stop. I keep losing weight. I changed my diet a little bit, but nothing radical though. Less soft drinks and deep fried food, other than that I have decent lunch and dinner. I don t have any pain or loss of appetite. My bowel movement is normal and stool color is light-brown to brown. Could Lisinopril be the cause of my weight loss? Also, I have anxiety and get very nervous with the slidest pain. Could anxiety also be a cause? Your thoughts and comments are more than welcome. Many thanks Michael
I am 74 y/o male who's been losing weight over the past 3 months. Total weight loss has been 3 kilos for 3 months. I have been constipated and my bowel movements have been irregular but my appetite has never changed and I still eat pretty well. I don't have any abdominal complaints. What could be causing this? I also eat fiber-rich foods but to no avail, I'm still constipated.
