Hello ankita;
welcome to HealthcareMagic
The cyst in ovary can be a simple cyst;haemorrhagic cyst so it is necessary to see the type of cyst.Secondly whether the cyst was an accidental discovery while doing an ultrasound or it was investigated because of abdominal pain is also a factor to be considered.Because few cyst come on just before menses and subside and resolve on their own after menses also.Please consult a Gynaecologist and discuss about it.If you are having constant pain due to the cyst then you may need to undergo surgery if the cyst is a haemorrhagic so then you can get it done by Laparoscopy so that it is minimal invasive and you will require less hospital stay.As for diabetes it will be controlled by the doctor with medicines.
Hope this answer is helpful.
Thanks
